About Kathy
Kathy is an experienced complementary healthcare practitioner in the Bristol area with over 20 years of practice in reflexology, aromatherapy, and massage.
She began her journey in 2004, qualifying in reflexology with the International Institute of Reflexology, and has since earned a Complementary Healthcare B.Sc. (Hons) degree with practitioner status in Holistic Massage (Level 4), Clinical Reflexology (Level 5), Clinical Aromatherapy (Level 5), and Advanced Massage Techniques (Level 6).
In 2022, Kathy completed a Master of Research (MRes) in Health, conducting a dissertation in Clinical Aromatherapy that compared two essential oil blends as a treatment for acne and its impact on quality of life, with results suggesting positive improvements. Most recently, in 2025, Kathy obtained a PGCE in Post-Compulsory Education.
Kathy supports clients with a wide range of health concerns, from stress, anxiety, and musculoskeletal pain to pregnancy, fertility, and skin conditions such as acne and rosacea. She also brings over seven years’ hospice care experience, providing compassionate therapies for patients, carers, and the bereaved.
Kathy has completed a range of post graduate qualifications, in all therapies.
